Mr. Redman joined JMA in November 2021 as Operations Manager. Bringing a diverse background from operations to subsurface, he is responsible for operated and non-operated drilling, completion, and production activities along with reservoir, geologic, and financial modeling for the Company. Prior to employment with the Company, Mr. Redman served in advancing roles at QEP Energy from 2006 to 2021. As Vice President – Energy and member of the QEP Executive Committee, he was responsible for all of QEP’s operations including safety, environment, budgeting, drilling, completions, production, reservoir, geology, marketing, and midstream activities. Throughout Mr. Redman’s tenure at QEP, he worked across multiple basins gaining experience in both oil and gas development programs, including the Permian, Williston, Greater Green River, Haynesville, and Uinta basins. Prior to QEP, Mr. Redman worked for Rooney Engineering from 2000-2005 as a consulting engineer to the pipeline industry. At various times, he has served on the boards of the Texas Oil and Gas Association, Petroleum Association of Wyoming, and the Wyoming chapter of the Red Cross. Mr. Redman holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from The University in Tulsa in 1999 and 2001, respectively.
